    I engaged in a conversation with my cousin earlier today. I have the Chase Sapphire Preferred and he has the American Express Gold Card. We were discussing point redemption. It seems that the general consensus is that AMEX is better than chase, but I feel like Chase has a better point rate. Am I wrong?

    Chase’s points do have more value than AMEX’s if that’s what you mean. Just gotta redeem it at Chase’s Ultimate Rewards.
